Mid-Year Program Reviews

Annually during the months of December and January, Bob Burdenski offers an abbreviated mid-year annual giving program review -- evaluating first-semester results, refining second-semester appeals and considering particular fiscal year-end fundraising opportunities and strategies.

Bob's "Mid-Year Correction" can be completed in as few as two consulting days -- including a summary report of ideas and recommendations. The review offers an intensive look at:

  • First-semester results and observations across the range of the annual giving program, including alumni, parents, students, faculty and staff, and other audiences;
  • Remaining plans for the year for email, social media, phone, paper mail, personal solicitation and other methods;
  • Particular year-end fundraising appeals and strategies; What methods and strategies make the most sense when the fiscal clock is ticking down?
  • Other ideas and examples from a range of institutions for consideration;

Send Bob an initial "hello" message to info@bobburdenski.com, or call him at 773-351-1728, to discuss a mid-year review. But hurry -- Bob's winter dates are limited.
