Bob's signature annual giving program review can easily be conducted via video conferencing.  Mail or email sample materials and other documents to Bob in advance, and then discuss via live video conference.  Online annual giving strategies and Web pages can even be viewed during the video conference itself.  

Bob's a CASE Crystal Apple Award recipient for his outstanding teaching and present ation audience evaluations.  Additionally, he's the author of two best-selling CASE books:  Innovations In Annual Giving: Ten Departures That Worked (2003), and More Innovations in Annual Giving: Ten Global Departures That Worked (2008).  He's a four-time faculty member of the CASE Europe Spring Institute in Educational Fundraising, and was one of CASE's first-ever conference presenters in Asia and Australia. 

Bob doesn't require that you adopt any fundraising model -- American or otherwise.  He invites you to adapt his many examples and ideas for use in your particular culture in your particular part of the world.
